Order Processing

At RetroTek Auto, each headlight is built with precision and care.

 

All in-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom-built headlights or made-to-order parts typically require 2 weeks for production before shipment, depending on order volume and customization level.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 

 

 

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.


Estimated delivery times (after your order has shipped):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (customs delays possible)
  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen events.


 

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after your order ships to appear online.


 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations.

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at support@retrotekauto.com with your order number, photos of the product and packaging (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.

We’ll help file a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you to find a solution.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. RetroTek Auto is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
